1. Services Provided:
Our beauty shop provides a range of cosmetic and beauty services, including but not limited to filler injections,
facials, mesotherapy, semi-permanent makeup, henna, brow henna, waxing, lash lifts and other treatments.
All services are performed by trained and licensed professionals to ensure the highest quality standards.
Appointments are booked using https://everlastingbeautystudio.setmore.com/ webpage, also, there are
possibility to book contacting us directly by phone or on facebook. Deposit is required to secure a booking.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the service.
Deposit used to secure the booking will be used to cover the cost of non-arrival/late.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a fee, deposit will be used to cover costs
4. Pricing and Payment:
Prices for services are clearly listed in our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card payments and cash.
5. Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
In the case of dissatisfaction, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address
your concerns. To effectively investigate your complaint we have complaint policy in place, you will be required
to fill in the complaint form provided. Investigation will be undertaken with reasonable timeframes. You will be
contacted with the outcome.
6. Hygiene and Safety:
Our beauty shop adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Clients are required to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the services.
Client information is treated with utmost confidentiality.
Photos of treated areas will be taken before and after treatment, these may be used as promotional material
